As a Software Engineer by trade, Jesse understands firsthand the value of building strong STEM foundations early — and the creative confidence that comes with it. A devoted dad, Dustin joined the board because he knows how much the right opportunities at the right age can shape a child's future. He's committed to ensuring every dollar raised goes directly toward the students and artists who need it most.

joD is an artist, a creator, and a tireless advocate for children in need. She volunteers her time as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) in New Hampshire — representing the voices of children navigating the foster care system. joD's passion for the arts and her commitment to child welfare make her an irreplaceable part of the Local Beacon's mission and heart.

Brian founded The Local Beacon in 2023 after recognizing a critical gap in STEM access for local students — starting with his own adopted son, Henry. A 25-year IT veteran, FIRST Lego League coach, and passionate music fan, Brian has spent his career connecting technology, community, and creativity. He leads the organization's STEM programs, artist partnerships, and day-to-day vision with equal parts strategy and heart.
